Managing and co-ordinating organisational resources are key functions of
any organisation.These include providing support to field staff, communicating
with the organisation staff, liaisoning with outside agencies and setting
up goals to be achieved in a given time frame. In order to enhance this
functioning, a six day training programme is designed for middle level
NGO functionaries.
Objectives
* To develop a professional approach for organisational effectiveness.
* To enhance skills for professional effectiveness.
