Abhivyakti aims to network with NGOs and social groups / activists to facilitate collaboration in the process of development, especially in the Nashik region.

In partnership with RSCD, Navi Mumbai we have been active in promoting networking in the Uttar Maharashtra region comprising 5 districts of Dhule, Jalgoan, Nandurbar, Nasik and Nagar. The aim is to strengthen the effectiveness of small NGOs, CBOs and grassroot groups to tackle the issues of the region, and form a force that would push for people-centred developmental policies and perspective. Various awareness, training and related activities are organised in partnership process.

After three years of consistent network intervention Abhivyakti is able to build network partnership with more than 70 organisations in the four districts of North Maharashtra. This network is governed by a core group of 13 organisations working on these issues, common in the four districts. The network is known as 'Uttar Maharashtra Lok Vikas Manch' and is primarily working on three main issues namely, 

• Womens development and governance
• Water Management
• Tribal development with reference to their food security issues.

Abhivyakti & RSCD & Uttar Maharashtra Network are engaged in generating collective action around key issues of the region and in strengthening local perspectives and capacities.
Abhivyakti is part of the international network 'Videazimut', which aims to support communication processes for development purposes.
